De Gaza à Hébron, parcours d’un criminel

Il y a quelques jours, j’ai appelé quelques Palestiniens pour leur demander le nom des commandants militaires sionistes qui ont établi les ordres militaires qui ont conduit aux raids, aux destructions, à la mise à sac, à la vandalisation, et à la fermeture de trois stations de radio à Hébron la semaine dernière, et de plus de 40 magasins cette semaine.

L’une des personnes à qui j’ai demandé est Abou Al Nour, un ami bien connu des officiers de l’occupation sioniste à Hébron, qui dirige l’une des plus puissantes organisations de la ville . Abou Al Nour a déclaré qu’il ne connaissait pas les noms de ses amis, les gens qu’il rencontre régulièrement, une ou deux fois par semaine. Abou AL Nour m’a dit d’appeler le maire de Hébron, qui était apparemment la seule personne en mesure d’identifier les commandants sionistes.

J’ai demandé à un officier « DCL » (officier de liaison) de l’Autorité Palestinienne, qui a une contrepartie dans le bureau de DCL sioniste à Jabal Manouh à Hébron. L’officier a déclaré que les sionistes ne se présentent jamais en donnant leur identité complète à leur contrepartie Palestinienne. J’ai appelé Abou Zuheir, le maire de Hébron, alors qu’il était en Turquie pour un voyage d’affaires. Il m’a dit que le prénom du nouveau commandant militaire sioniste était « Udi », et que le prénom du gouverneur militaire sioniste du DCL était « Aviv ». Il a déclaré qu’il ne connaissait le nom d’aucun des deux, et j’ai cru ce que disait le maire.
J’ai posé la question à l’un des observateurs internationaux à Hébron. Il m’a dit que « Alex Rosenberg » était le nom du commandant militaire sioniste à Hébron. Le nom que m’a donné cet observateur n’était pas vrai. « Alex Rosenberg » est un faux nom. Le nom correct est Lieutenant Colonel « Alex Rosenzweig » (ou Rosenzveig), un ancien officier du DCL en 2006 dans la ville de Hébron, qui dirigeait, ou dirige, également, une unité d’espionnage qui compile des listes de gens à assassiner.
Le fait que les officiels Palestiniens n’aient pas été en mesure d’identifier leurs « contreparties » sionistes par leur nom reflète le niveau de détérioration des relations entre l’AP et les sionistes, cela reflète également le mépris et le dédain dont les officiels sionistes font preuve envers leurs homologues Palestiniens, et c’est le signe que les sionistes s’inquiètent des éventuelles conséquences légales de leurs actions.

Qui donc est le commandant de brigade sioniste à Hébron, que les Palestiniens ne sont pas capables d’identifier ?

Le Lt Cel Udi ben Muha, ou « Udi ben Moha », est le nouveau commandant de brigade sioniste à Hébron. Ben Muha est un criminel de guerre qui possède une longue histoire de crimes contre l’humanité. Il a contribué au nettoyage ethnique dans le nord de Gaza et le long de la frontière Palestino-Egyptienne, et il a mis en oeuvre d’autres mesures qui correspondent aux définitions de génocide et de crime contre l’humanité telles qu’elles figurent dans les conventions de Genève.
Ben Muha est responsable de beaucoup de meurtres de Palestiniens et de la destruction sauvage de leurs biens. Il a commandé l’« escadron de la mort » de forces coloniales, l’unité « Shimshon » à Gaza, sous les ordres d’un autre criminel de guerre, le Cel Avi Levy. Il était à la tête d’un autre escadron, l’unité « Sagi », sur la frontière entre Gaza et l’Egypte sous les ordres du criminel de guerre qui commandait le commandement sud des forces coloniales, le Major Général Yoav Galant.

Le Lt Cel Udi Ben Muha a fait raser et endommager des milliers de dunums de terres agricoles Palestiniennes. Il a également confisqué, illégalement, des milliers d’autres dunums de terres agricoles. Ben Muha a fiat mettre à terre des centaines de maisons Palestiniennes à Gaza, il a massacré des centaines de civils Palestiniens et en arrêté des centaines d’autres.

Le 28 janvier 2004, Ben Muha, ou des gens sous son commandement, ont rasé la zone agricole d’Al Zaytoun à Gaza. Au cours de cette opération, lui ou des gens sous son commandement ont massacré 11 Palestiniens, parmi lesquels Sami Baqawi, un enfant de 13 ans, et blessé 35 civils Palestiniens.

Voici les noms de certaines victimes des actes commis le 28 janvier 2004 par le criminel de guerre, le Lt Cel Udi ben Muha.
Selon le Dr Muawiya Hussein, qui dirige le service des urgences à l’hôpital Shifa à Gaza, tous les Palestiniens tués le 28 janvier 2004 étaient des civils.

Les victimes de cet événement sont :

* Sameh Totah, 17 ans, mécanicien dans un atelier de mécanique, tué alors qu’il fuyait les tirs
*Akram Abu Ajami, 19 ans
* Musa Dalul, 33 ans, tué, et son frère Kamal Dalul, 34 ans, blessé aux jambes et aux bras
* Uthman Jundia, 19 ans, tué
* Iiad Mahmoud al-Ra’e, 19 ans, tué
* Musa Suliman Dalul, 30 ans, tué
* Ahmad Ali abu Rkab, 20 ans, tué
* Ayman Hamdan Al-Dahduh, 42 ans, tué
* Tariq Al-Susi, 12 ans, tué
* Hasan Ali Rizka, 17 ans, tué
* Abed Al-Naser Abu Shoka, 42 ans, tué

Le 11 février 2004, le Lt Cel Udi ben Mudah, ou des gens sous son commandement ont massacré 11 Palestinies, parmi lesquels 2 enfants, et ont blesé plus de 73 civils. Les personnes tuées au cours de cette événement sont :

* Muhammad Abu Urmaneh, 22 ans

Le 14 juillet 2004, le colonel Udi ben Muha a dirigé l’opération de destruction contre les Palestiniens du camp de réfugiés de Jabalia, au nord de gaza. Lui-même ou des gens sous son commandement ont déraciné 2 000 dunums de terres agricoles, dont 95% étaient des vergers. EGalement, trois puits artésiens ont été détruits, ainsi qu’un atelier appartenant à Ziad Muhammas Hasuna, tout comme trois maisons appartenant à Muhammad Zanin Shawish, Ahmad Hasan abou Kalub, et Rizk Zanin et leurs familles.

A nouveau, 17 maisons appartenant à des Palestiniens ont été « confisquées » par Udi Ben Nuha, à savoir les maisons appartenant à Sadi Zanin, Omer Kafarne, Mustafa Thabet, Atef Zanin, Ahmad Al-Ashkar, Naser Al-Zanin, Ranadan, Taiser and Maher Al-Basubi, Nahed et Saed Shabat, Subhi Naser, Asad Salah, Fakhri and Kahlil Al-Masri, Amin Abu Udeh, et Rushdi Al-Zanin.

En outre, 15 Palestiniens ont été massacrés par lui même ou des gens sous son commandement au cours de cette opération commandée par Ben Muha, et 90 autres Palestiniens ont été blessés, dont 54 enfants.

Les évènements décrits ici et les noms des personnes massacrées ne constituent pas une liste complète. Ils ne sont qu’un petite partie des crimes et des victimes d’Udi Ben Muha lorsqu’il vint dans ma ville d’origine : Hébron.

Kawther Salam - A War Criminal From Gaza to Hebron

Some days ago I called some Palestinians to ask about the name of the Israeli military commanders who issued the military orders for raiding, destroying, vandalizing, ransacking, and shutting down three radio stations in the city of Hebron last week, and 40 more shops in Hebron this week.

One of the people who I asked was Abu Al-Nur, a well known friend of the Israeli occupation officers in Hebron who heads one of the most powerful organizations in the city. Abu Al-Nur claimed that he did not know the names of his friends, the people who he meet regularly, once or twice each week. Abu Al-Nur told me to call the major of Hebron, as he was supposedly the only one who would be able to identify the Israeli commanders.

I asked a PA “DCL” officer who has an Israeli counterpart at the Israeli “DCL” military office in Jabal Manouh in Hebron. The officer claimed that the Israelis never introduce themselves with their full names to the Palestinian counterparts, only being known by their first names. I called Abu Zuheir, the major of Hebron, while he was in Turkey on a business trip. He told me that the first name of the new Israeli military commander was Udi, and that the first name of the Israeli military governor from the DCL is Aviv. He claimed to not know the second name of both of them, and I believed the major.

I asked somebody one of the International observers in Hebron. He told me that “Alex Rosenberg” was the name of the Israeli military commander in Hebron. The name which this observer gave me was not true. “Alex Rosenberg” is a wrong name. The correct name is Lt. Col. “Alex Rozensweig” (or Rosenzveig), a former DCL military officer in 2006 in the city of Hebron, who also headed, or heads, a spying unit which compiles lists of people to be murdered.

The fact that the Palestinian officials were not able to identify their Israeli “counterparts” by name reflects the deteriorated level of the relations between the PA and the Israelis, it shows the malice and disdain of the Israeli officials towards their Palestinian counterparts, and it is a sign of worry on side of the Israelis of legal consequences of their actions.

Who is the Israeli brigade commander in Hebron who the Palestinians are not able to identify ?

Lt. Col. Udi ben Muha, or “Udi ben Moha” is the new Israeli brigade commander for Hebron. Ben Muha is a war criminal with a long history of committing crimes against humanity. He contributed to the ethnic cleansing of the north of Gaza and along the Palestinian-Egyptian border, and he implemented other measures which correspond to the definition of genocide and crimes against humanity in the Geneva conventions.

Ben Muha is responsible for many murders of Palestinians and the reckless destruction of their property. He commanded the death squad IDF “Shimshon” Unit in Gaza under another IDF war criminal, Col. Avi Levy. He headed the IDF death squad unit “Sagi” at the Gaza-Egypt border in 2007 under the IDF war criminal head of the Southern Command, Major General Yoav Galant.

Lt. Col. Udi ben Muha, razed and damaged thousands dunums of Palestinian agriculture land. He also illegally confiscated thousands more of dunums of agricultural land. Ben Muha razed to the ground hundreds of Palestinian houses in Gaza, he murdered hundreds of Palestinian civilians and arrested hundreds more.

On 28 January 2004, Ben Muha or personnel under his command razed the agricultural area of Al-Zaytun in Gaza. During this event he or personnel under his command murdered 11 Palestinians among, them Sami Badawi, a child of 13 years, and injured 35 Palestinian civilian.

On July 14 2004 Colonel Udi ben Muha lead the destruction operation against Palestinians in the Jabalia refugee camp in the north of Gaza. He or personnel under his command uprooted 2000 dunums of agricultural land, 95% of which were fields of fruits. Also destroyed were three artesian wells, a workshop belonging to Ziad Muhammad Hasuna, and three houses belonging to Muhammad Zanin Shawish, Ahmad Hasan abu Kalub, and Rizk Zanin and their families.

Another 17 Palestinian house were “confiscated” by Udi Ben Muha, these were the houses belonging to Sadi Zanin, Omer Kafarne, Mustafa Thabet, Atef Zanin, Ahmad Al-Ashkar, Naser Al-Zanin, Ranadan, Taiser and Maher Al-Basubi, Nahed and Saed Shabat, Subhi Naser, Asad Salah, Fakhri and Kahlil Al-Masri, Amin Abu Udeh, and Rushdi Al-Zanin.

The events described here and the names of murdered people are not complete. These are only a small part of the crimes and victims of Udi ben Muha who came to my homeland, the city of Hebron.
