A handcuffed Palestinian
Is not exceptional.
What is exceptional
Is that it was photographed.

Clearly, for every act
Of photographed harassment
There are dozens
Which are not photographed.

It is also clear
That the army
Will neither investigate
Nor punish.
And that the father
Of the girl photographer
Was arrested.
